I have bet on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at blackjack. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have played a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get loaded with this method or beat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the idea that chemin de fer seems to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Wynn a number of years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this tactic! And a couple of days ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the original $5 bet
Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 wager
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of $20
Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original $20 bet
Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original $80 wager
Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager
If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
