I have wagered on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent a lot of money at twenty-one. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or beat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this method! And a couple of days ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can squander a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you see playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager $5
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10
Wager $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first ten dollar wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $20 bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you left at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s iffy to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
