I have gambled on millions of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have bet on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of funds at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that 21 appears to be a match of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I bet with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very fun at times. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a few years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this method! And a number of days ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the runs you notice wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Wager five dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet
Wager five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager
Wager $10
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 wager
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
