I have bet on countless of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of money at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have played a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this method or beat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this technique! And a number of weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you notice wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first $5 wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original $10 wager
Wager $10
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first $20 wager
Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet
Bet $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet
Bet $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of $160
Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
